The height of this model (including tray) is 55mm, which offers an optimal compromise, for most industrial applications that need to have a full stainless steel solution.

ProfilGate i55 provides 10mm extra capturing space underneath the brush strips. This extends the time between the cleaning intervals and thus results in lowering the labour cleaning costs even further. It comes, like all i-series models, with pressed grates made from stainless steel offering a plain / smooth surface.

This results in smoother movement, especially when passing the field with smaller /and or harder wheels. The use of stainless steel also provides an optimum in corrosion protection. Of course, is also provides the same sound and active cleaning of tires/wheels and soles as all ProfilGate models, without needing any external power supply.

The design and material of the Profilgate i55 is suitable for loads up to 20 to. ProfilGate i55 grates are only available in standard size 1×1. However, for bigger fields it is possible to combine several grates in a single tray. (In contrary to the ProfilGate aqua models the i55 does NOT come with an overflow/drain.)
