Installation above ground

Installation of the unit above ground is recommended if cutting and removing concrete is not a viable option. The use of access ramps is needed; however this extends the overall area (length) of the system. Installing the ramps is a simple process of drilling holes into the concrete and inserting bolts and side brackets to secure the system in place.

Make sure you have a plain and solid mounting area.

Arrange the cleaning area and align/center the fields with the lane.

Adjust the brackets to the hems.

Prepare the bracket mounting.

Screw lateral brackets to the ground.

Mount the ramps as well.

Insert the grates with the brushes. < ± 0.5mm.

ProfilGate in use.
